They are internationally renowned for their large, robust Sanke, frequently winning awards at the All Japan Koi Show. The Taisho Sanke (often shortened to Sanke) is  Often described as a Kohaku (red and white Koi) with striking black accents, it features a crisp white base (shiroji), vibrant red patterns (hi), and deep black markings (sumi)
